We truly appreciate every sale and it is our desire for each client to be completely satisfied. While we feel confident that you will love your Pure cosmetics, occasionally there will be an exchange or return. Please read the return policy and feel free to contact us if you have a question.
We cannot accept returns on opened containers. Please check your make-up and make sure the color is what you expected before opening your container.
We will do exchanges on unopened containers with no questions asked. Shipping charges will still apply when new product is mailed out.
Refunds will be decided fairly and on an individual basis.
